The following sales, delivery and payment conditions apply to all our deliveries and services. All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply, including these terms and conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Simple Leaf products are made by hand. As a result, there may be some deviations in color or design compared to the photo on the website.

Prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Postage costs

Shipping costs will be charged for all products. The shipping costs will increase as the weight or size increases. The standard shipping costs are € 4.15 and can amount to € 13.20. All packages are shipped and you will receive a Track and Trace code.

Payment

After placing an order you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your order and the costs, including shipping costs. Each order is only delivered after receipt of payment.

You can pay via IDeal and bank transfer.

Delivery

We do our very best to ship the order within 3 working days. When we deliver your package to PostNL, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation and Track and Trace code.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately.

Simple Leaf is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or for loss or damage by the company that sends the mail.

Returns

Because Simple Leaf products are produced to order, it is currently not possible to return your order. If you have any questions or comments about your order, you can always contact our customer service via the contact form or by e-mail.

Liability

The products within the Simple Leaf range meet the strict requirements. The articles contain the properties that you can expect during normal use. If you have any complaints, you can contact our customer service via the contact form or by e-mail.
