Postage costs
Shipping costs will be charged for all products.
The standard shipping costs for a letterbox package are €4.15.
If your order does not fit through the letterbox, the shipping costs are € 6.95.
Is your order heavier than 10 kg. Then the shipping costs are € 13.20.
All packages are sent with PostNL and you will receive a Track and Trace code.
Delivery
We do our very best to ship the order within 3 working days. When we deliver your package to PostNL, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation and Track and Trace code.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
Simple Leaf is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or for loss or damage by the company that sends the mail.
Returns
